Everyday operations at Crossroads Corporate Park are the responsibility of NAI Carolantic Realty,www.naicarolantic.com. We have an on-site Property Management office located at 5520 Dillard Drive in Building IV, 919-852-5259.

HVAC After Hours Instructions: Crossroads Corporate Park includes the capability for each tenant to call in and request heating and air conditioning after regular building operating hours. Upon occupancy, each tenant will be issued an individual security code to be used in conjuction with after hours usage. The expense for after hours usage is $35.00 per hour and is invoiced monthly.
